The service

Claude Multi is a desktop app, sold by subscription, that lets you sign in to several of your own AI-assistant accounts in one window. A Claude Multi account and an active plan are needed to use it.

Claude Multi is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. “Claude” is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the app works with.

Your accounts, your responsibility

You may only add accounts that you own or are allowed to use. You are responsible for following the terms of every service you sign in to through the app, including any limits on usage or on the number of accounts. We don’t receive or store the passwords or session keys of the accounts you add; they stay on your computer.

Subscriptions and refunds

Plans are billed monthly through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad library or receipt, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are handled through Gumroad.

Fair use

One Claude Multi account is for one person, on up to 3 computers. Sharing an account, reselling access, or trying to get around plan limits or licence checks may lead to the account being closed without refund.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available or work with every change other services make. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll say so on this page before it takes effect. Keeping your plan after that means you accept the new terms.
