Not investment advice

Purffle Wealth is software you run yourself. It is not investment advice; Purffle is not a SEBI-registered adviser. Investments are subject to market risk.

Purffle is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst or stockbroker. Nothing in the app or on this site is investment advice, a research report, or an offer to buy or sell any security, commodity or crypto asset. Results of testing your rules on past data are hypothetical and say nothing certain about the future. You may lose some or all of the money you invest.

What Purffle Wealth is

Purffle Wealth is desktop software, sold by subscription, for keeping track of a long-term portfolio across several kinds of asset. You write your own rules and try them in paper trading, with pretend money, which is where the app starts. If you choose to, you can connect your own broker account; the app then prepares orders from your rules and sends one only after you approve it. The app doesn’t tell you what to buy or sell and comes with no list of securities to buy.

Your responsibility

You decide every rule and approve every live order. You are responsible for your broker and exchange accounts, every order placed through them, their charges and your taxes, and for following your broker’s terms and the law that applies to you. Only connect accounts that you own.

Accounts and the trial

One Purffle Wealth account is for one person, on up to 3 computers at once. The trial gives 6 days of use, counted only on the days the app is opened, with up to 2 broker accounts, and is limited to one per computer. Sharing an account, reselling access, or getting around plan limits, the trial or licence checks may lead to the account being closed without refund.

Subscriptions and refunds

Plans are billed monthly through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad library or receipt; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are handled through Gumroad.

Privacy

We collect as little as we can, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise that it, your broker’s systems or the market data it reads will always be available, complete or correct. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for trading losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll say so on this page before it takes effect. Keeping your plan after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
